What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind!
What to Bring:
Your Own Yoga Mat
Comfortable clothing: Dress in loose, breathable clothing for ease of movement and comfort.
Water bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing your own water.
Blanket or sweater: The room may be cool, so bring something warm for relaxation.
Pillow or cushion: Optional for extra neck or back support during seated or reclining positions.
Before the Session:
Eat lightly: Have a light meal or snack at least an hour before. Avoid heavy meals that might cause discomfort during practice.
